If your mask arrives broken or doesn't power on, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement before you even return the original — no need to wait.
Since we sell one product, exchanges aren't usually needed. If you got the wrong color or accessory, email us and we'll swap it free of charge.
We accept returns from any country. International customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the package, the refund processes the same way.
