We make every effort to display product details, colors, and pricing accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted, and we reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order. Once an order is confirmed, the price is locked.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant LUMOS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is yours and does not infringe anyone's rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMOS, its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or the products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except either party may bring small-claims actions in small-claims court.
