Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it via email once your package is in transit. Tracking updates in real time and can be viewed through your carrier's site or by replying to your shipping confirmation.
If your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours (it sometimes shows up). After that, email orders@lumosbeauty.co and we'll either reship or refund — your choice.
We can update your shipping address before the order leaves our warehouse. Once it's in transit, it cannot be redirected. Reach out within an hour of ordering for the best chance.
